Booking fess are essential to confirm your tattoo appointment and are non-refundable

OBT charges a minimum $100 deposit and a $300 for a full day session. Your deposit goes towards the cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment. If your tattoo takes multiple sessions to be completed, the deposit is deducted from you last appointment session.

If you need to reschedule your appointment regardless of the circumstances we need a minimum of 48 hours notice for weekdays and 72 hours notice for weekend bookings.

Any no shows or last minute cancellations will incur an automatic forfeit of your booking fee and a new one will have to be made.

You are permitted a limit of up to two date changes. Further date changes will incur a loss of booking fee. If you cancel your appointment and I have prepared you a design drawing, the artist will keep your booking fee

Your booking fee is valid for 12 months from your original booking day.

We are self employed, hard working artists – if you don’t show – we don’t get paid. Which is why we put this booking fee/deposit system in place. Please respect its requirements.

The shops minimum charge is $150.

We will provide a fixed price per tattoo which will be quoted after a consultation and once the design has been drawn up and at its final size

Larger pieces and longer sittings will be charged at an hourly rate. Our hourly rate is $200/hour.

We accept booking fee payments via bank transfer and prefer tattoo payments to be paid in cash on the day of your appointment.

You will see your design on the day of your booking. Unless discussed otherwise personally with your artist.

We are happy to make small adjustments to designs on the day if needed. If there are major changes required you will need to rebook another time and pay an additional booking fee.

For larger pieces, If requested ; we can send you ‘preliminary’ sketches to convey its composition prior. We are qualified, experiences tattooists and will have a very good idea of what is required in the design elements and style after our consultation. So please take into consideration your artists creative liberty in creating your very own unqiue Tattoo.

With limited space at our studio we do ask to please just come on your own. If necessary, we can allow for ONE mate to sit and ‘hold your hand’ however ONLY in the process of stencil set up and the last half hour of your tattoo.

Please eat well prior. Have a decent breakfast and drink plenty of water. On the day of and during your appointment please keep hydrated (bringing a Powerade is encouraged)

Try refrain from have a ‘big night out’ the day before your appointment as you want to be feeling healthy and strong both physically and mentally.

Please no self tanning or sunburn before your appointment. We can not tattoo burnt or peeling skin.

We do not provide numbing cream or recommend using it. Most creams are expensive and ineffective after a couple of hours during the process of your tattoo. However with this info – you are free to use a numbing agent if you wish and it is recommended to be applied at least an hour before your appointment. We are not liable for any numbing cream skin reactions – so please research your product thoroughly.

1. Keep the bandage on for 3-4 hours

2. After this time remove the bandage and wash gently with warm soapy water. Leave the skin uncovered for 10 min then apply a thin layer of BEPANTHEN. Wrap with a fresh piece of cling film overnight.

3. In the morning, remove the cling film , wash again , dry , leave for 10 min, apply a thin layer of Bepanthen and wrap with cling film.

4. During the day repeat the whole procedure ( as described in point 3 above) no more than 2-3 times.

5. The above described procedure is applied 1 day for outlines or shading tattoos and 2 days for tribal and coloured ones.

6. If you are at work and can’t wash it please use cleansing wet antiseptic baby wipes.

7. After 1-2 days you can stop additional washing and bandaging procedures. Instead please keep using BEPANTHEN , applied after your daily shower.

8. Your tattoo will begin to peel off on the 3rd to 5th day. The feeling is the same as after a sunburn. Do not scratch or itch it off.

9. Wear light, loose, comfortable and airy clothing covering your tattoo.

10. Sport activities are recommended after the 5th to the 7th day, when your tattoo has completely peeled off

11. After 25-30 days you can use the sauna, swimming pool, beach swimming and sunbathing (please use sunscreen to protect your tattoo)

12. I am free of liability in the cases of your new tattoo being affected due to non observation of the above aftercare instructions.

13. Avoid listening to advice given by “tattoo experts” .
