Ashley ‘Smash’ Cairns started her tattoo career in 2013 in Sydney’s inner west.

Being co-owner of her dream studio, @oceanbeachtattoo has been a career perk. She is stoked to share her passion for the street shop culture and all tattooing has to offer her community. 

Ash’s style draws on inspiration from western traditional and neotrad, with a focus around flora & fauna, ornamental and fine line designs. She prides herself on her versatility and ability to provide the best solutions for her clients wants and needs.

Rogan Sorensen is a 37 year old award-winning tattooer who also holds degrees in fine art and graphic design. He currently works full-time as a tattoo artist and has done for the last 10 years in Sydney and recently in Terrigal.

He also paints and takes on mural work regularly in his spare time. Rogan has worked as a tattooer all over Australia, Europe, and the United States recently achieving to title of Best Traditional Artist at the Sydney International Tattoo Expo in 2022.

mitch prosser

Mitch started his tattoo apprenticeship in 2020. Originally hailing from a graphic design background, as a youth he was heavily influenced by the skate culture of the late 90’s and early 2000’s. While his tattoos are bold and bright, — designs stemming from American traditional roots — he also prides himself on being a street shop trained tattooist that is happy to cater to a wide variety of styles.

Age Grech

Age Grech started his tattoo career in west Sydney in 1996. Working in the busy street shops of Sydney Melbourne and Queensland.

In the early 2000’s Age opened his own private tattoo studio in Sydney and also set his sites to travel, tattooing throughout Europe and Canada. After an awesome trip of learning and picking up some new tricks he returned home to Sydney to open his second studio in Wynyard.

Age has honed his skill and style concentrating more on black and grey realism and larger scale projects. In 2016 Age closed down his studio and moved to the central coast to start a family. Age has found his way to Ocean Beach Tattoo, sharing his valuable knowledge in this craft.

Age is also a published illustrator and offers custom artwork by commission.

Glen Reiner

With 18 years of tattooing experience, Glen has honed his craft in various studios around the world, both internationally and across Australia.

While he specialises in Japanese-style tattoos, Glen is highly versatile and skilled in a wide range of tattoo styles. He focuses on creating custom designs, ensuring that each client leaves with a unique tattoo that stands out from the rest.

Troy Edwards

After commencing tattooing in 2005, Troy worked many various studios in Sydney’s western and southern suburbs until 2008. He then travelled abroad for 2 years, working his way across Canada, the US and Europe. When he landed back on Australian soil, Troy flipped a coin and found himself working and living on the Central Coast.

Troy is versed in most styles but prefers to focus on Japanese, Neo Traditional and large scale black and grey.

Ahri Vysniauskas

Ahri started his piercing career at the start of 2021 in Sydney. With APP training and a passion for body modification, he holds piercing to a high standard and strives to deliver the best possible experience to each and every customer.
